Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at alohahawaiiorchids@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.


Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
